An update on my fundraising campaign.
Since I mentioned the campaign yesterday, the results have been astounding. I reached 75% of my goal in about three hours. I’m just on the final stretch (about $10 to go!) and will be spending the evening making new drawings which I will post up here. I also went envelope-shopping with a five-year old who picked out the best envelope colours ever. (The kid also happens to be friends with one of my favourite artists ever who has a show opening today. We popped by the gallery and I was so excited to meet the artist, but by the time we got there, little buddy was tuckered out so we just went home. The art I did see was pretty amazing though.)
